The SRS99C is the standard sniper rifle of the UNSC Marine Corps. The scope comes with 20X zoom, though the variant S2-AM is issued with a variable zoom with 2X, 8X, and 10X. They both use the same calibur rounds, though the standard SRS99C uses more compressed gas for the round to travel futher for eliminating targets futher away than the modified S2 AM is capable of reaching.
